Anyone who accesses this website becomes a user and undertakes to observe and strictly comply with the provisions set out here, as well as any other legal provision that may apply.

2. Intellectual and industrial property rights
The website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation and any other elements needed for it to work, as well as its designs, logos, text and/or graphics, is the property of the CONTROLLER or, where applicable, is used under licence or with the express authorisation of the authors. All content on the website is duly protected by intellectual and industrial property law and registered in the corresponding public registers.
Whatever the purpose for which they are intended, full or partial reproduction, use, exploitation, distribution and commercialisation always require the prior written authorisation of the CONTROLLER. Any use not previously authorised by the CONTROLLER will be considered a serious breach of the author’s intellectual or industrial property rights.
Any designs, logos, text and/or graphics not belonging to the CONTROLLER that may appear on the website belong to their respective owners, who are themselves responsible for any dispute that may arise in relation to them. The CONTROLLER expressly authorises third parties to link directly to specific content on the website and, in any case, to the main xul.es website.
The CONTROLLER acknowledges the corresponding intellectual and industrial property rights of their holders; their mere mention or appearance on the website does not imply the existence of any rights or liability over them, nor any endorsement, sponsorship or recommendation by the CONTROLLER.

The CONTROLLER accepts no liability of any kind arising from the information published on its website, provided that it has not been manipulated or introduced by an unrelated third party. If the CONTROLLER becomes aware of such manipulation or introduction by third parties, it will act diligently to remove that content or make it inaccessible.
Use of cookies
This website may use technical cookies to carry out certain functions considered essential for the site to work and display correctly. These cookies are temporary, are intended to make browsing more efficient and disappear when the user’s session ends. They will not be used to collect personal information.

This website has been reviewed and tested to work correctly. In principle, it can be guaranteed to work correctly 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, the CONTROLLER does not rule out the possibility of certain programming errors, or of force majeure, natural disasters, strikes or similar circumstances that make it impossible to access the website.
IP addresses
The website’s servers may automatically detect the IP address and domain name used by the user. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to a computer when it connects to the Internet. All this information is recorded in a duly registered server activity log that allows the data to be processed afterwards solely to obtain statistical measurements, such as the number of page impressions, the number of visits to the web servers, the order of visits, the access point, etc.
4. Applicable law and jurisdiction
Spanish law shall apply to the resolution of any disputes or matters relating to this website or the activities carried out on it, and the parties expressly submit to it. The courts closest to the user’s place of residence or those of Córdoba shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from or relating to its use.
